After achieving a Marketing degree from Stetson University in Florida, Victoria moved to San Diego to begin her career in the staffing industry with Robert Half. She then joined the start-up world and built a temporary staffing firm from the ground up. Eager to continue to learn and grow, she transitioned into the field of energy and renewables after a decade in the staffing industry. Driven by customer success and relationships, it's imperative for Victoria that she ensures you're happy with the experience when going solar and empower you with knowledge. Thriving off of sunshine and happiest when by the ocean, she couldn't ask for a better alignment personally and professionally.
